Digimon Rumble Arena Box Art

Digimon Rumble Arena is a fighting type game that let's you choose some of your favorite Digimon from Season 1, Season 2, and Season 3 of the Digimon TV show. There isn't a story line to the game. You basically just choose your Digimon and fight to the end of the 1-player mode. You can put in codes to unlock some hidden Digimon in the game, and there are requirements during the 1-player mode to unlock them too.(I used codes to unlock the Digimon.) There is a mode where you can fight against the computer, or play agaisnt a friend in 2-player mode. Your Digimon always start out as their Rookie form, but when their Digivolve gauge is full, they can Digivolve into their Mega form. You get more powerful and you can use their Mega form's big attack, but then they will dedigivolve back to their Rookie form. It is a fun game, but could of had more to it, like more Digimon from the seasons of Digimon.

Digimon Battle Spirit 2 is one of the best handheld Digimon games ever. The playable characters are only from Digimon Frontier but who cares. The graphics are kinda... meh and the control is excellent. The sound could be better... anywho, in my opinion, this game is better than the original Digimon Battle Spirit. The starter characters include Agunimon, Lobomon, Beetlemon, Kumamon, and Kazemon. To get Loweemon, you must beat the game twice with two different characters. To get ExAgunimon, you must have beaten the game with all six characters and have collected 800 d-spirits total with Agunimon, Kazemon, or Kumamon. To get ExLobomon, you must have beaten the game with all six characters and have collected 800 d-spirits total with Lobomon, Beetlemon, or Loweemon.
